Through VEAC there are many ways
you can help families in need.
Volunteer at Visalia Emergency Aid Council Office, Food Pantry, Thrift Store or in any of our programs and events!
If you would like to volunteer on a regular basis at one of the VEAC sites, please download
and print the appropriate Volunteer form, sign and return to Patricia Espinoza at 217 N.E. 3rd Street. If you have questions, please call Patricia at 559-732-0101.

Donate Food at the VEAC Food Pantry at 217 NE Third St. in Visalia. The Food Pantry is open Monady through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8a.m. - 12p.m. then from 1p.m. to 4p.m.
Our food pantry, the largest in Tulare County, provides over 1000 families every month with basic nutritional food such as rice, beans,oatmeal, juice products, dairy products, and fresh fruit or vegetables. Qualified families must meet the guidelines based on household income and number of members living in a residence. Basic provisions help alleviate hunger.
Qualified families must meet specific guidelines based on household income and number of members living in a residence. Our goal is to provide basic provisions to help families alleviate hunger. Our food pantry, the largest in Tulare County, provides over 1000 families every month with basic nutritional food such as rice, beans,oatmeal, juice products, dairy products, and fresh fruit or vegetables. Equipped with a walk-in freezer, cold box and dry storage areas, our Food Pantry operates 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
Canned food, frozen fruit products, powdered milk, baby food, fresh fruit and other basic food donations are gladly accepted. Household dispensary items such as toilet paper and diapers are welcome. Donations may be dropped off at our Food Pantry Monday through Friday.
